Good price, good quality service and convenient
Great communication. Best company I’ve used so far
Great coverage and very easy to use service!
Perfect to carry around
So far the reservation process even from overseas was a breeze. I will pick it up in Hanada when I arrive. Looking forward to using it on my trip.
I loved using Japan Wireless for my trip to Japan. Their instructions were easy to follow, and the included battery bank made it possible to spend all day sightseeing without having to head back to the hotel to recharge. I am super happy to have found their service!
The site was easy to make reservation. It is nice to be able to use Ninja WiFi window to pick up/drop off in extended hours.
Great service! Was easy to connect and use. Had strong signal in every place I visited in Japan. I could even watch YouTube while travelling on bullet trains! I hope to come back to Japan very soon and I will be using this service again!
Amazing Premium WiFi offer with a very good price
Probably the most reliable portable wifi I have used with the longest battery life. Would purchase again and recommend.
