Trusted by Travelers from all over the world
Service was good. I initially ordered 2 units but only one was received at the airport. Emailed the company and they immediately sent the other unit to our hotel. Wifi Signal was good too. Will be making this a usual thing when traveling to Japan. Thank you.
Good service and convenient
Great service, easy to use.
Very efficient service, delivered swiftly to our hotel. Worked impeccably as we traveled independently around Japan. An essential for travel.
My mom always uses the prepaid sim whenever she visits. Hassle-free and great service. Super quick delivery even to the sticks.
Excellent customer service
Very clear and good ordering process
Was very easy to figure out what I needed and easy to pay for.
Quick to do business with. As for the product, unable to comment as I have not collected item at airport.
So glad we opted to have a pocket WiFi during our Japan trip. Would definitely recommend to get one during your stay in Japan. Having one meant we were able to look up for information on the fly and made the whole trip stressfree.
