Get your pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. They act and communicate promptly with sufficient information. Their device is also great. Long battery life, strong signal pick up. When I come back to Japan, I'll get their service again for sure

Everything was trouble-free from the time I claimed the unit at the designated airport coubter, the connectivity throughout my stay, battery life, even the ease of returning the device by mail at the airport. All smooth sailing. Highly recommended.

Quick response and worked everywhere we went

I ordered my Japan Wireless ~8 hours before arriving to Japan and Japan Wireless was nice enough to arrange my order to be ready in the airport before I arrived.

10/10 I would recommend Japan Wireless again. Sending it back on my last day, from Narita Airport was effortless.

Its nice to have a pocket wifi where you don't need to worry about how many data u used. The only 1 negative experience I have, is the connections are unstable, I need to restart the device few times just to get signals.
