We have used this on previous trips so decided to use again - not disappointed, an excellent piece of technology. Will use again on our next trip

Easy to pick up and send back. Service was reliable and affordable. I would recommend to any foreign visitor.

The instructions to get it was a little confusing but was ok at the final... great service, the internet function very well.

Easy to pick up at the airport, easy to set up and use immediately, great service and battery life for 2 devices using the entire trip. Drop box right at the airport on the way home. Couldn't be any easier.

Good coverage best service

Battery lasted exactly all day for me every day. Never had any issues with connection or keeping everything charged. Stress free and decent speeds

I have used a Japan wireless router before and it was great. My wife and I used it for all of our internet access while in Japan. Web site was easy to navigate. Prices are good. Great product and service.

Booking simple and efficient, delivery was quick, use of the device is fool proof, return very simple. Great Solution to stay online affordably in japan as a foreigner, thank you….

Small & convenient to carry around.
No coverage problems from Tokyo to Akita, underground e.g. the subway.
Full charge more than enough for one device for a whole day.
Excellent speed; able to watch online videos & play mobile games everywhere. Able to hold video calls to share Japan's beauty with my family.

Great information on website regarding pocket wifi rentals & easy process to purchase
