Great product! And easy to use

Every time I go to Japan I ALWAYS use Japan wireless- they are fast, reliable and the service (both customer and equipment) are excellent! I’ve even made mistakes (like make multiple reservations or even forgetting to return it before security check point at the airport…yes, not something you want to do), they are always gracious and willing to help as much as they can). Japan wireless is a 10/10 for me. 👍

I have been a returning customer for Japan Wireless, their service is exceptional. I was not able to book my wifi router ahead of time, but I contacted them and they were able to send a unit to my hotel. Their service is spot on as well. They always keep in touch if there are network slowdows or problems. Also they provide a powerbank which is a life saver especially if you are on the move. With regards to the capacity or the data allocation, we got no problem as it was unlimited. I was traveling with our kids, and because of our data they can watch their favorite shows without a problem. This was a life saver when we are traveling from Tokyo to Osaka, then to Nagoya, then Tokyo again. Truly an amazing company, product and Customer Service.
