Ordered a pocket WiFi router for a 1 week tour of Japan 24 hours before arrival. The router was waiting at my hotel when we arrived, worked out of the package with no setup or technical issues. Allowed 4 of us to have connection seamlessly every day of our visit. The return envelope made drop off simple.
Great value for money and excellent service.

I have used Japan Wireless twice now, the service has been fast and without any stress on both times. Will continue to use again in the future!

I’m glad I got it. I will use them again when we return!

Great service all throughout Japan and for a very reasonable price easy to use and convenient won’t regret this do

Japan Wireless gave me a full refund when my trip to Japan was unexpectedly canceled due to sickness. I am so thankful they did that and very excited to choose them again when I reschedule my trip.

Wonderful, easy experience. Highly recommended versus relying on cell service to explore Japan. Thank you!

It took a while to discover Japan Wireless on searching for a convenient SIM solution with a good network coverage. The only difficulty I was confronted with was to detect, that there is no post office at KIX. So I let send the SIM card to my hotel in Osaka which I informed in advance. In this way, I got both the room key and the SIM card together on checking in. Getting connected to the internet is really easy-peasy and thanks to NTT docomo I had even a good coverage in all of Shikoku. Hence, I will order again at Japan Wireless on my next trip to Japan. :-)

Perfect delivery to the Hotel in Tokyo, right working of the device, very speed in 4G all over the Japan, very satisfied!

I always get from Japan wireless because they never fail me when I'm traveling anywhere in japan

J’ai commandé un wifi pocket et un traducteur sur le site Japan wireless : navigation sur le site très bien organisée. Toutes les étapes sont faciles d’utilisation et j’ai trouvé toutes les informations dont j’avais besoin.
Je recommande.
