Easy to find at the airport and easy setup. Works great just about everywhere and the battery will last all day. Was able to use perfectly fine with up to 4 people connected.

I picked the wireless router up at the airport and used it for the week I was in Japan. It was such a huge help to have internet anywhere I went, and I will definitely be renting one again when I return to Japan! It came in a case with a charger and extra battery, and easy instructions for returning it. Thanks so much for great service!

Ordered a pocket WiFi router for a 1 week tour of Japan 24 hours before arrival. The router was waiting at my hotel when we arrived, worked out of the package with no setup or technical issues. Allowed 4 of us to have connection seamlessly every day of our visit. The return envelope made drop off simple.

It took a while to discover Japan Wireless on searching for a convenient SIM solution with a good network coverage. The only difficulty I was confronted with was to detect, that there is no post office at KIX. So I let send the SIM card to my hotel in Osaka which I informed in advance. In this way, I got both the room key and the SIM card together on checking in. Getting connected to the internet is really easy-peasy and thanks to NTT docomo I had even a good coverage in all of Shikoku. Hence, I will order again at Japan Wireless on my next trip to Japan. :-)
