This was really an easy thing to do! I was very worried, but the whole process was a piece of cake. The technology was top notch, and it was waiting for me in my hotel room for no extra charge! Will definitely use again.

Delivery to hotel was prompt as advertised which included return envelope with clear instructions. Portable battery charge was never used but nice to have just in case. I would have given a 5 star rating if the WiFi range was little longer and price a bit cheaper for a near two week rental.

Had it delivered to my hotel, it was waiting for me when I arrived. Easy to set up, and after that it just worked, everywhere! Last day you pack everything into the prepaid envelope and send it back. So easy!
