Highly recommend Japan Wireless had pocket wi fi delivered to hotel and was there when we arrived. Easy to set up and use . Internet was fantastic speed and would definitely use this company again- can’t wait to come back to Japan again and use this company!

Just a fantastic little gadget. Seamless connectivity, excellent reception and a lifeline when traveling. Battery life was great, and the return in the prepaid envelope was easy.

Pocket Wifi worked great for the 1st week, then would not turn on one morning. Customer service was really good and they immediately sent a replacement which worked fine for the rest of our holiday. Would recomend.

Japan wireless was great. We had a hiccough when the unit stopped working, but a new one was shipped to our hotel within a day.
