Reliable and worth for the money we spend

Good connection wherever you are. Easy to use, we use for 2 iPads for kids and 2 phones , connection still good from little device .

Ordering the pocket wifi, receiving it, and sending it back was very easy! The instructions and information were clear and understandable.

The device itself was easy to carry and had good battery life. The one fault I found: while the data was a bit slower than I expected, I only was able to consistently connnect to google maps and messaging apps. If I wanted to look up a website or social media app, the internet wouldn't load as well on my smartphone.

Was slightly delayed in delivery but once I got it there was no complications. Everything worked out excellent

Been using it for everytime i have been to japan and it has never failed me.

The support is great and even when i have messed up woth sending things back they have been really nice with ways to resolve it.

WiFi router was at our hotel on arrival. Instructions for use were easy to follow and it was very easy to return by putting in a post box.
