Reliable and fast connection everywhere

Premium Wi-Fi (Pocket Wi-Fi) ordered through Japan Wireless was convenient and reliable. Delivery of the Pocket Wi-Fi and accessories to our hotel was very convenient and items were there before we checked-in. Coverage was reliable and connection was strong. Usually 3-4 devices connected at once and there was no lag or dropped connections. Easy drop off in the mailbox at Haneda airport. Easy to use regardless of phone/device model.

Ninja Wifi was perfect for our trip to Japan...had uninterrupted service throughout. Had it in Tokyo area and Sapporo. Next trip will definitely signup again.

Honestly not much to say. It was comfortable to carry, easy to use, gave me all the data I need.
Plus the adapter and powerbank that came with it made packing my luggage easier.

We used it during our trip to Japan in February. The device worked very well, and we had two mobiles connected to it all the time. The connection was very fast and very good. Also the connection to the mobile data net worked perfect. It was also very easy to rent the device and we had it delivered to our first hotel in Japan. The return was easy, we got a return envelope and just dropped it at the airport when we left Japan. The package included the wifi router, a powerbank, charging cable and a usb electric power plug with two slots. Just perfect that everything was included. We had the Premium wifi which gave us unlimeted mobile data connection. I will use this service next time I travel to Japan. Can really recommend this company and service!

Loved our experience with Japan Wireless! The device pickup, and drop off, was effortless. We had it shipped to our hotel where it was ready for us at the front desk upon our arrival. When we left Japan to return home, we simply used the prepaid envelope and dropped with our concierge to send in the mail. Product and service worked great, plenty of signal everywehre we went. The battery pack and charger is an added bonus. Will use again!
