Very good coverage. Easy to use.

I have yet to begin using the device, but arranging the rental was straightforward, clear, and easy in spots where I had run into issues elsewhere.

The mobile WIFI device was delivered to my hotel on schedule, was easy to set up and even easier to return, and it worked well.

Used the service (pocket wifi) for the fifth time now. never disappoints. pick up and sending back works flawless. easier to setup and faster speeds than an esim. Altough internet speed is sometimes not as fast as hoped I will never go without when in Japan.
