The pocket wifi worked great and the whole process was very easy and efficient

Easy to use and excellent service.
The signal quality is superb, even in rural Hokkaido.
Would definitely use next time visiting Japan.

We used Japan wireless for 10days 2 devices and where gone 12 hours a day. Only need to use the back up battery 2x. Package was waiting for us at hotel, easy drop off at airport. Excellent service would use again.

Excellent service and easy process!

The pocket Wi-Fi was a great help while visiting Japan. It was delivered to my hotel when I arrived. The return instruction was clearly described. No problems finding a postal box at Itami Airport.
The only thing that can be improved would be a notification of the returned device. After two weeks, I contacted the company and was told that the pocket Wi-Fi was promptly returned.

Very handy service, picked up at the airport post office and left it back there on my way to flight hone. Instructions were clear and we never had problem with connection and speed. Battery lasted forever so we actually never used the power bank. Strongly recommend!!!
