Our wireless packs were waiting for us in the hotel when we arrived and we simply dropped them off before departure at the airport. Couldn't be more simple and convenient.

Excellente prestation. Disponible comme prévu. Restitution facile. Bon matériel, autonomie très satisfaisante. Aucune réserve.

Perfekt service and easy to use. The connection was perfect wherever we went.

A very efficient service. We found the package with all we needed and prepaid envelope at the address we specified on our arrival and posted it at the airport before security. Effortless connection throughout.

My husband and I used the Japan Wireless pocket WiFi for 15 days while traveling throughout Japan in April/May 2023. It was an indispensable part of our travels. It worked everywhere except for some parts while traveling on the shinkansen/bullet train. The battery, however, lasted us all day. Be sure to power it off at night while charging so it starts fresh in the morning. Sometimes we had to restart the device to get it to work, but then it was perfectly fine. The pickup and drop-off at Narita Airport was very easy. Highly recommend.

Very smart and efficient

Equipment was delivered promptly and worked well. Thank you!

Having a Japan Wireless hotspot during our stay in Japan was a life saver. It made our travel so easy, it was always working perfectly, I could Cary it at all time in my small purse and it came with a battery charge. Sending the device back was so easy and convenient. I will use this service again when I come back in Japan.

Seamless online transaction, pick-up, and drop off. Convenient plug & play operation. Minor consideration is the charging capacity of the power bank. Great job!

Was easy everything
