Stable WiFi coverage everywhere I travelled in Japan. Unit was delivered to my hotel on arrival and was easy to return via post box.

My boyfriend and I were able to pick up our portable wifi at KIX airport and was able to drop it off at a postal box in NRT airport. The connection was always stable and battery life of the device was sufficient for a full day out.

Our Japan Wireless device was at our hotel when we arrived despite ordering it just before we left Australia. The device was very easy to use and came with a return bag and instructions on how to return through the postal system. It was convenient to return the device through the post box at the airport. The wireless device was great to have as we were using a lot of trains and it was helpful to look up train times and platforms. I strongly recommend hiring a Japan Wireless.
