The wifi signal was always sufficient for our needs, even on the subway car or platform. As visitors to Tokyo, pocket wifi helped us navigate the busy Tokyo-eki using our maps mobile app. My only complaint is that the battery did not last long enough even after using the provided portable charger. But, I understand these are rental devices and the battery degrades after so much use. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless on my next visit to Japan. Thank you.

Rented the WiFi box for a week and find it worked very well. Only thing is the battery only last about 4 hrs. Extra battery pack is provided.

I used Japan Wireless eSIM during my trip, and it worked flawlessly. The activation process was incredibly easy, taking just a few minutes to set up on my phone. The connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Considering the price and the excellent service, it was a great purchase. Highly recommend!

Si vous êtes Français et que vous partez à plusieurs, il n'y a rien de mieux comme rapport qualité prix. Nous étions 5 connectés et cela fonctionnait très bien, de Tokyo à Miajami en passant par Kyoto. Récupération à l'aéroport ou à l'hôtel facile et retour via enveloppe fournie tout aussi facile ! Je recommande !
