The device was easy to use, convenient pickup and return options. Speeds exactly as advertised and seems to be almost no dead spots across Japan. Definitely a value for your money.

Good communication and easy to place order

Definitely worth it during our 2 weeks stay in Japan! We didn’t really use the back up portable battery charger they provided though because we had our own that lasts the whole day.

Informative website, clear options, easy ordering, option of choice delivered to our hotel in time with clear instructions. Excellent connectivity in all parts of Japan that we visited. Easy return by mail.

Excellent Device and Sevice

The wireless worked flawlessly; Equipment was in excellent condition. it was easy to pick up, setup, and return. I highly recommend using it.

Received mobile wifi unit delivered to Tokyo hotel on arrival in Japan . Unfortunately the unit code and password was wrong, following afew emails the correct code and password arrived and worked perfectly.
They refunded a three day credit back to me, absolutely amazing.
