Second time i used it and it has no problems at all.

Easy to use and return. Worked perfectly for our 2 weeks trip. Returned via post, 0 hassle and internet until we passed the gate at the airport. The pick up point was a bit hard to find, it was in an officebuilding, we thought we were tresspassing :') very friendly helpful staff (australian guy)

Easy pick up right after you pass through customs in Haneda. Worked perfect for the week in Japan. Charge on unit lasted entire day for texting, email and phone calls. No streaming done.
Envelope provided for easy drop off at airport mailbox before checking in. (Drop off Osaka/Kix)
