good communication, service and easy to purchase

Generally good coverage but battery does not last the whole day. Good to pair up with others that have this and can switch off when the battery dies. The external battery also does not last that long. Cheaper than my wireless carrier.

Wireless wifi package came in quickly and was delivered straight to my hotel. Customer service was also great and responded fast. Very easy return with drop off at postal box. Overall great experience and wifi rental worked better than expected :)

It worked very well with us on our trip even in very rural areas and it was easy to use. Pick up was easy, and we were able to drop it off at the post office in the airport as well.
