Fantastic service, pocket Wi-Fi was ready for me to pick up at hotel. Coverage was really good during our stay (visited 3 cities).

Thank for great service! The hot spot and battery pack was delivered to my hotel at Tokio. Then I took a 9 days tour through different cities and the signal and devices work awesome.

Connection was smooth and fast.

Everything work out well from ordering to drop off at the hotel before arrival and so easy to use. Super useful and great quality. Most amazing is you can drop it off at the airport drop box prior to entering security line.

It was perfect for my stay, battery was decently long enough, but still had to fully charge at least once a day.

I ordered by Pocket WiFi from Japanese Wireless online and had it delivered to my hotel.
The pocket Wifi was excellent for data while travelling overseas and the whole process through Japanese Wireless was seamless.
Pocket Wifi arrived and ready to pick up when I checked in to hotel so was ready to go. It worked without a hitch and battery on unit lasted all day and it also comes with a spare power bank battery.
The Wifi unit was easy to operate basically just turn it on and log on once.
Returning was easy by just dropping self addressed return envelope and drop into a mail box before you board your plane home.
Costs was reasonable and certainly worth while than travelling without access to data.
Highly recommended.
