I ordered 4 units, one for every member of my family. It served us all very well & was at my hotel when I arrived. Its connectivity was always fast, available & battery like of the units were surprisingly very long! Thank you
No issues from hotel delivery to connectivity. Instruction was easy to follow and connection was reliable. Will def use it again for my next trip to Japan :)

The wifi connection was great and they delivered straight to my hotel which was very convenient. The only issue was the battery life and it was a bit inconvenient to carry around.
