Great service! This was my second time using a rental pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. The ordered pocket WiFi was working very well without any problem. When returning it, it was very easy to drop it into the mail box at the airport. Very thoughtful. However, the rental price went up quite a bit compared to last year. I hope Japan Wireless will maintain a reasonable price for customers, so that I will be able to afford your service at my next visit to Japan.

I love it! No issues at all.

The device battery lasts all day, with The extra battery, I don’t have to worry at all. Signal is very stable, I can use my phone anywhere even in the mountain regions.

Wi-Fi was efficient. Had a problem in collecting the pocket WiFi but it it was solved quickly when the client service received finally may request.

Well worth the cost for this wifi connection

Everything went smoothly, the unlimited data and the extra powerbank were very useful, the price was cheaper than other equivalent services. I would recommend it to everyone who travels to Japan!
