We traveled for 12 days as a group and it was my first time using a pocket wifi. It was an excellent choice to share wifi connecting with a group. The device was easy to use and with additional charger provided gave us a peace of mind to keep connected awhile separated in a reachable distance. The process of receiving and returning was very easy via mail. We will definitely use this service again if we travel to Japan again.

This was my first time visiting Japan. A friend who visits Japan often recommended the pocket wifi. It was easy to reserve, easy to pick up, easy to use, and easy to return. Very happy with the product and I am recommending it to my friends who are visiting Japan soon!

We have used Japan Wireless on both our trips to Japan. It is easy to operate even for a couple i their seventies!
The wifi speed was good (better than the hotel's when I tried that) and it is so convenient to use as you travel around during the day.
We wouldn't travel without it.
