I was very happy with the product. I ordered online to be delivered to my hotel when I arrived in Tokyo. I was able to have it on for the whole trip with 3 of us using the wifi. Super convenient return prior to our departure at the airport. Highly recommend.

Since I started traveling to Japan in 2015, every year, I always rely on the services of Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. Fast service, easy process to follow from booking, to use until return. I have no complaints, I’m extremely satisfied. I am happy.

WiFi was shared by 2 people. I never experienced any issues. It came with the portable wifi, charger and portable battery. All 3 times got in my small crossbody bag. 10/10
