Collecting poket wi-fi directly in arport and returning it just dropping in a prepayed post box was amazing simple. Good job Wireless Gals!

Vi har varit i Japan tre gånger och haft detta wi-fi varje gång. Har fungerat klockrent och vi har varit mycket nöjda. Senast fick jag dock problem med att hastigheten gick ner efter 8 dagar. Jag lät det bero eftersom jag skulle åka hem men meddelade detta till Japan wireless. De återkopplade mycket snabbt och beklagade att jag inte hade hört av mig till dem då det ibland, dock ovanligt, kan behövas en reset av utrustningen. Att de återkopplade så snabbt och hade en lösning gör att jag ger dem högsta betyg trots att jag fick lite trassel sista dagen. Det hade varit löst om jag hade kontaktat dem.

So easy to use. Great prices. Pickup locations and drop off locations so convenient and instructions are easy to follow. We did not experience any issues with connections at all! This is our 3rd time renting with Japan Wireless.

The Business pocket WiFi worked great through our whole trip!! It was very reliable.

I took LTE and it was enough for using basic iPhone apps and functionalities.
10 days in Japan - no major issues.
If you are not planning to stream or do a live call LTE is ok.

It’s easy to set up and the wifi strength is excellent throughout whether it’s outdoor or indoor environment.

This was an excellent purchase that enabled my family and I to be connected at all times. The battery lasted all day long and the device was light weight and easy to carry. The pick-up was very swift and easy at Narita Airport and the return couldn't be easier as you simply pop it into the mail.

I have used Japan wireless every year I have visited and it never lets me down. Simple to sign up, retrieve, and drop off. Couldn't get any easier!
