Had no issues with WIFI at any moment. Do not put 5 stars because it was a bit expensive. 4 users could be connected at same time but if you are travelling alone, do not need so many connections.

Great to be Wi-Fi on the go. The whole process from delivery to drop off was easy.

The unit was waiting for us at our hotel, enabling the wifi was easy and the connection was excellent at all times. Returning the unit was even easier, popped it in the mailbox en route to the airport. Highly recommend and will use again in future.

Very simple user, worked very Well in all japan area

Easy to order, got my dates wrong so had to reschedule and that was an easy process with one email.
Then pick up nice and smooth with sheet explaining how to use the wireless and the actual wireless life saver worked at all times wasn’t a single moment I had a problem and was connected to the internet at all times.
Instagram was tired of me.

This WIFI device had made me very happy. Very useful when you are traveling in Japan and easy to operate.
