Excellent experience. Easy, fast, reliable.

it was amazing really made my trip

I have never experienced any problems since I started using Japan Wireless.

A slimmer and newer pocket WiFi device would have been better. But regardless of that, subscribing to JW is worth it

Very convenient to pick up (delivered to hotel) and drop off (at airport postal box). I enjoyed great connectivity no matter where I was in Osaka.

Convenient, stayed charged, delivered right to our hotel. Everything worked very well.

We purchased our rental kinda last minute (10pm that night), so we didn’t expect to get it the next day. But they are quick and delivered it to our hotel the next, with complete accessories.

Easy pickup at airport, no hassles. The post officer was abit confused about names, but Japan wifi sent me an email earlier regarding this.

Wifi worked pretty good and great customer service!

Rented the pocket wifi for 7 days.
Very convenient pick up and drop off of the unit in Narita terminal 1 Post Office. Thank you!

Very satisfied with the service provided. We had everywhere access and never problems of falling short of data.
