Recommend to reserve early for an early bird discount. The desk is located before you exit the Narita airport. Everything was packaged nicely and easy instructions. WiFi worked everywhere. Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka . Thankful for the charger that was included. Was using google maps often. Easy return at the Haneda airport. Pre-labeled Manila envelope included and dropped off in box outside the airport.
Definitely will rent again the next time I’m in Japan. Quick responses when I had questions.

The Equipment was very easy to install and worked everywhere and anytime. It was already the third time we travelled with japan wireless and we recommend it very much.

Great service from Tokyo-Kyoto-Osaka for a family of 4 all family members always connected at fast speeds. Also accurate delivery as package was at hotel when requested, ease of return at airport mailbox.
