Sometimes the simplest service is the best service. I can only give a max rating of 5 stars, but based on how everything was convenient and hassle free when we needed their service, I'd personally recommend them 1000%!

Very easy to pick up and drop off. Reliable the whole time I was in Japan.

I clicked on same day delivery but it arrived the next day but it worked perfectely fine and was more then enough for me

I have absolutely no complaints as everything went completely smooth. I ordered the wifi to be delivered to the hotel and I got it when i checked in. It worked perfectly throughout our journey and the batterytime is amazing, so we had it switched on all day. I would recommend everyone visiting Tokyo to get this.

Goood, no problema at allá, thanks

Thank you for making the experience of picking up and returning the pocket WiFi very easy! We benefitted a lot from using the Wi-Fi!

Everything was great and pretty easy

Order a hotel delivery. Everything worked like a charm.

Highly recommended service - it is affordable, pick-up and drop-off locations are accessible, the product is easy and convenient to use all around Japan, the service team responds quickly to queries. We will definitely use Japan Wireless the next time we are in Japan!

This was very useful while we traveled the country. The delivery to our first hotel stay and ease of drop off at the airport was incredible. Such a smart, small product to have on you.
