Worked fine and just what we wanted.

We got the items earlier than requested and we were able to use the portable wifi early on. The translator app was also useful for us. I would recommend this service as it was easy for us to avail of the service. Even the return process was easy as there were post boxes available even in convenience stores.

This was great option for wi-fi service and it was also economical to be able to hook up two phones for coverage. Our pocket wi-fi was delivered to our hotel and waiting for us at the front desk when we checked in.

Amazing device, and stress free from reserving to pick up, use then drop off! Highly recommended!

Japan Wireless was great! It was incredibly easy to pick up and use. The extra battery pack was great esp when my phone ran out of battery. Multiple people in our group also used the same wireless and it didn't slow the speed down. Would do it again!
