I used the portable wifi box while on holiday in July and it worked across the 5 cities we visited. The portable battery was needed to keep the box alive so it was a bit cumbersome but no problems at all. Impeccable service

Very practical and the connection was great all over Japan

Ordered three pockets Wi-Fi, delivered to my hotel at the requested time. One of them was not working properly, called Customer service and the p EU obl was resolved in a few minutes. This is my second time using Japan Wireleless , and I will certainly use this company again in my next trip.

Great! We never had to recharge the battery during the day.

The product worked great, the battery lasted for all day use for multiple devices from more than one user. It was a great value for the cost. Unlimited data the device was delivered right to my hotel room. I forgot to return the device before going through security, however Japan wireless was very responsive and helpful walked me through the process. I will definitely use this service next time I travel to Japan.

Japan Wireless mailed the pocket Wi-Fi in our hotel earlier than expected. The gadget worked wonderfully and returning the gadget to Japan Wireless was so easy because all you have to do is put it in the mailbox which is conveniently located inside the airport before you leave for your next city destination.

We had great coverage and convenience. Price was reasonable also.
