This was so easy to use. The battery life was enough to last for the day and it was a bonus that you are provided with a batter pack. The pick up and drop off instructions were clear. You really can’t go wrong for the price. I would recommend and will be using again the next time I travel to Japan

Essential tool to feel safe and connected everywhere. My best shopping on travel.

The battery life was good and the service was very consistent throughout the country.

Set complete to have Internet everywhere and anytime. My second order and I will use it for next time.

Never had a problem with the portable wifi and I traveled all around Tokyo , Kyoto and Osaka. It also came with a charging cord . Definitely recommend ! Super helpful .

Rented from here twice nice when I went to Japan in Feb and also June/July. Never had a problem using their WiFi at all and was always connected.
Will use it again when I return to Japan again.

Use the service every visit to Japan. Always wait when I arrive at hotel. Easy to use and good speeds. Will continue to use.
