Have been renting this wifi for yrs on my trips to Japan & have been content with the service and ease of use. Have received help in English with customer service in the past when there was an issue and response was satisfactory.

Easy pick up and affordable price. We got good service traveling around to Hiroshima, Miyajima, Osaka, Kinosaki, Gujo Hachiman, and Tokyo. The battery life was also very good, it lasted the whole day without needing to be recharged.

It is the second time I rent this devise really useful in Japan. The only problem is the battery performance, if lucky it will be recent and good, if not it will last only a few hours…
