So easy to order, pickup, and return the wireless equipment. Worked just fine the whole time. So much better than the free wireless around airport, train stations, and shopping areas. Those are spotty.

I rented 3 sets of hotspots and batteries to share between 6 people. I opted to have them sent to our first hotel. I had no problem picking them up. I was able to mail them back from my last hotel just as planned. We used the hotspots/batteries everywhere we went for communication with each other, maps, translation apps and social media. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling.

The existing 4G LTE is very good in terms of connectivity. Hopefully in my next visit to Japan by next year it will be 5G for much faster speed.
