The pocket wifi conveniently arrived at my hotel the day before my arrival. It had good, reliable service throughout my stay in Japan. The battery pack was helpful on especially long days. Return at the airport with the self-addressed stamped envelope was easy!

Das Abholen und Abgeben war sehr einfach. Das Pocket-Wifi hat während der ganzen Zeit überall hervorragend funktioniert.
The pocket Wi-Fi's were ready for pickup as promised. It was easy to setup (5 minutes) and use right away. Very easy to return via postal service (return envelope included). Service was great throughout Japan, and the price was affordable. Speed was decent. I recommend japan-wireless if you want internet in Japan.
