The wireless device is portable and convenient for our use. It was sent to the hotel prior to our arriving, provided us all time to access the internet. We are easy to return it with the envelope which was arrived together with the device. That is really great experience.

Everything from ordering to returning was convenient. Well thought out service.

From ordering online, pick up, using throughout Japan, and drop off, very easy and tourist friendly end to end experience.

Found this pocket wifi easy to pick up at Narita Airport, and later rerun at an airport postbox. Worked well, recommend charging overnight

Visited several cities with coverage working throughout. Even worked in less urban areas -Hakone & Snow Monkies. Pick up as described in email. Delayed flight meant possibility of not being able to pick up from planned location. Prompt response as to options for rearranging (didn’t need to in the end). Battery lasted all day with 3 phones using internet (didn’t stream that often).

Seamless ans simple.

Delivered at the post office in Narita as promised, very easy to connect and worked everywhere from Tokyo to Fukuoka. Additional charged powerbank comes very handy.

Very efficient service, good quality wifi. Easy process for pickup and return.

It was easy to use, and it was very convenient because there was a signal no matter where I went. I use it every time I go to Japan.👍
