I have my Japan Wireless for a month and it's been reliable ever since I got it. The connection is really good and I rarely encounter any trouble. The connection is fast whether I'm in my home or outside commuting.

Im from overseas and this was my first trip to Japan, I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect but it was amazing and i will definitely visit again! This service saved me by allowing me to stay in contact with family back home and aided me in translating with high speed connections anywhere, anytime! I will definitely use this again when i return! :)

Easy process to get the Wi-Fi handy at airport and return.

The internet service was very reliable during our travel within the city of Tokyo and even all the way to Kyoto. The only issue I noticed was the modem goes to a very warm condition when using it the whole day, however this condition did not in any way hinder our access to the internet. Also getting the unit was very convenient both picking it up from NRT terminal 2 and dropping it off on our way home from NRT. I would surely get the same service the next I will visit Japan.

We were in Japan for 10 days and had never been to Japan before. We were pointed to Japan Wireless by a friend. From the moment of pickup to drop off the service was amazing. Easy counter to find in Tokyo Haneda Airport and drop off mailboxes were right near the departure check-in counters. We traveled East to West coast with no problem in service. The battery lasted all day long and the extra battery was utilized more for our phones. Thank you for providing such a well organized, high quality service.
