Japan Wireless worked almost perfectly, the only issue I had was at the end of a very long day (5:00am to midnight) the power to the system (ie battery within the WiFi unit & the external battery pack were exhausted). Otherwise it never lost a beat & did everything I needed from it.

Easy to use and handle. Long lasting battery and we connected 2 devices without losing speed

Strongly recommend, easy to use.

I have been using this Business Wifi for years when I go back to Japan. It is easy to use and I trust the product and services.

Third time renting with Japan wireless… always very easy and well priced

The best!! I can you use the data in the mountains or rural town.

Rented a business wifi during our 12 day trip in Kansai Prefecture. The package included a powerbank. The pocket wifi did not need the extra powerbank but my phone did. It was really convenient from pick up to drop off. The signal was also good to strong in all the places we went. Will definitely rent from them again.
