Great choice when traveling Japan. Very affordable, reliable and fast speed internet. Battery lasts for the whole day and didn't even need or used the power bank for the whole day we were out and during the whole vacation. Great communication with the company and very easy on the returning instructions.

Though my wifi was affected by the snow, the team and staff was able to inform me ahead of time. New pick up location team were very accommodating

delivered as promised with concise instructions for easy return.

never caused an issue, and lasted the whole day after charging to full overnight

Great service, easy to use.

Very convenient service! The WiFi lasts all day with no issues. Hassle free pickup and drop-off.

Great service and product. Used pocket wifi for ten days throughout country and had no issues. It was great.

Convenient and easy to use

No issues. Easy to buy - easy to use - easy to return.
There was never a drop in service and we were able to consistently link 3 phones + other devices the entire time.

after we picked up our device at the airport, the connection was easily made with our phone; you have to re-charge the battery every evening, but in our case, it lasted the whole day - we got access to all the websites we needed swiftly and without interruptions - we would surely recommend!
