Fantastic service! Everything was seamless!
Ottimo servizio, connessione in tutto il Giappone
Easy to connect to and super fast! A very comfortable way of moving around with your own internet connection! Powerful pocket-size device!! Perfect!
It was at my hotel when I arrived. Easy drop off at airport. Everyone had wifi for movies, searched and downloads. Worked even in quiet areas of Japan.
We are very satisfied with the service. Everything was smooth from picking up to returning the device. The signal is reliable we did not experience disconnection. Highly recommended!
With 2 connected mobile phones, the hotspot worked all day. After using a laptop along with the phones, the extra battery came in handy. The speed was above average the entire time.
This is the 2nd time I've used Japan Wireless. Still just as easy as before. Great pricing and ease of use will probably make Japan Wireless my default choice when it comes to getting data in Japan on vacation.
Everywhere the coverage was good, internet worked very well
Good value for money. Reliable and fast
As always the service from Japan Wireless was excellent. When we travel to Japan we always rent an unlimited wifi and we have been 100% satisfied every time. The speed is good as are the arrangements for pick-up and return.
