This is my 3rd time ( I think ) using Japan wireless service. 1 time using their wifi modem service and 2 times for the sim cards and each time always great service! I bought the sim card from them last minute as I moved from Osaka to Tokyo. They were very quick in contacting me to make sure that they sent the sim card to the right hotel. Thank you so much ! It's great to have a reliable service provider when you're on the go :) Will definitely use it every time I'm in Japan!

Reliable internet connection. Not once did the connection lag during our recent trip to different places in Japan. This is my second time with Japan Wireless and this will be my go to wifi connection whenever I am in Japan.
