I frequently fly to Japan and japanwireless is my go to. It’s very convenient to pick up whether at the airport or at my hotel. The portable Wi-Fi is reliable with great battery life.

I recently rented a pocket Wi-Fi device during my trip to Japan, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The device was delivered at the hotel and came with clear instructions. It was lightweight, fit easily in my bag and the battery life lasted the entire day with regular use.
The connection was fast and stable throughout my trip. Streaming, browsing, and using maps worked flawlessly, which made exploring Japan so much easier.
Returning the device was just as simple as picking it up, with a prepaid envelope included for drop-off at the airport or in any mailbox on the street.

Great product and service! Product worked flawlessly throughput all of Japan. Service was great from immediately responding to all of my emailed questions to delivery of the device to my hotel, and the easy return.

La velocidad de internet y la cobertura de eran muy buenas pero había que cargar la batería dos veces al día. A las cuatro o cinco horas de su uso tenía que volver a cargar el wifi pocket. Solucionado este punto, lo recomendaría y volvería a contratarlo.

Awesome. Only once did I have restart the pocket wifi as the signal dropped out.
Everyrhing was seemless from picking up to returning it and the kids were happy as they were always able to be online to watch or play games.
Will recommend these to anyone and next time I am back in Japan this will be my goto

We hired a mobile WiFi unit for our 10 day holiday between Tokyo, Kyoto,Osaka and Hiroshima.During the whole time we had a constant connection with no drop outs, even in the railway stations and subways.
Would highly recommend.
