I picked up the devices at Haneda Airport upon arrival. Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout our trip and portable charger was a great convenience. Return was easy too, just had to drop it in a mailbox in provided envelope

Buying this eSIM in advance was a lifesaver. Made our arrival in Japan seamless. Highly recommend!

eSIM worked great. Never had any issues in the places I traveled. I was very satisfied

I have been very concerned that we were gonna be slowed down with our Internet when we were in Japan, but we had it for two weeks and it did not happen once. Excellent service.

Used during my travels to Tokyo. Never had any glitches and speed was great.

Product has been working well with no difficulty. I had originally booked incorrect dates and service was great with helping correct my error, charging only a 100 yen restocking fee for something that was definitely my mistake.

Highly recommend. Very easy to collect and return at airport. Simple to connect multiple devices and very portable. Used constantly for 3 week trip using maps, sending &receiving emails, booking tickets on the go and looking up local information. Will use again on next trip

was very happy with the Japan Wireless pocket business WiFi & used for last 3 trips to Tokyo . Also liked that they quickly sent follow up confirmation of receiving back the pocket WiFi from the postal service.

The internet was fast and never had any issues throughout the day. The pocket wifi itself lasted over 10 hours before it needed charging. Got it to play pokemon go lol

Très satisfait de cette prestation qui nous a permis de visiter le Japon en toute quiétude. Une seule amélioration identifiée : augmenter l’autonomie pour pouvoir tenir toute la journée en itinérance.
