This is the third time I rent their pocket wifi. This time I asked for shipping directly to the hotel. The package arrived on time. We were connected in 3 people for 12 days throughout Japan without ever a problem. Highly recommended!!!!

My pocket wifi was very reliable at a very reasonable price.

Easy to use and reliable. Cheaper than having to pay international fee from AT&T.

This was an absolute game changer when traveling from the United States. It was very easy to use and affordable. We had no problems with connection.

Simple to order, arrives at your location, easy return.

Easy collection from Haneda airport- very easy to set up, just go to connection settings on your phone and input code. Compact size and coverage never lagged at all. Charged overnight - I always had plenty of power left. Return envelope provided, again everything super convenient. There is a post box in the departures level at Haneda. I was very impressed with this excellent equipment and it assisted me immensely, especially trying to navigate Tokyos gigantic train stations.

Order was a smooth proces and in my hotelroom by arrival was the very handy and light outfit on the table. Use outside walking and on the Japanese railwork working a whole day. Very usefull!

Second time I rented from JapanWireless. Great service and product with low price. Would use it again in the future and highly recommend this service

I'm from Malaysia. The eSIM provided great convenience and was very easy to use. During my trip to Japan, the service was flawless and trouble-free. The connection was excellent and I was able to make video calls and use Google Maps for directions without any issues.

Great customer service, fast response, and great support! I have no complaints with my pocket Wi-Fi too! It's fast on most days, is convenient to take with me on trips around the country, and has an 8hr battery life before I plug it to a power-bank.
