Easy process related pick up and delivery, I experienced good connection I would say mostly in every place, even in mountains or islands, I also experienced not a strong battery and good to have a power bank provided and some software issue (even with high level of battery sometime the device turn off itself). Overall good experience and especially if a group of people much more affordable than eSIM.

This is our 2time using this. We travelled as a family of 4 and this device was great. didn't let us down once! highly recommended.

I bought it while I was in the US and activated it as soon as I arrived in Osaka. It started to work immediately. I’ve been using it for two weeks now and am not even close to 10 GB.

As I have always done for more than a dozen orders, the package with the unit was waiting for me at the hotel upon check in. The process is extremely simple including returning the unit; and I've never encountered any problems with the rentals. Will be doing this again in November 2025.
