Simple to use and pick up, even simpler to return. Comes with a small power bank so full day of use guaranteed before recharge. Absolutely great overall.

Everything worked out smoothly and return was easy.

Best WiFi for the value. I will definitely purchase the service next time in Japan. Thank you.

I travelled with my family during this trip and to have the pocket wifi is a great decision. The internet connection was perfect and we were able to connect multiple devices. Very handy especially using online maps to go around Japan. The extra battery lasted for long hours and very handy. We would definitely use Japan Wireless again for our future Japan trip.

Great. Will use again.

Pocket wifi was very simple to use. Since the pocket wifi could provide connectivity for both my phone and laptop, I found it to be preferable to using a sim card or esim for my phone. I thought wifi was very affordable. I found a discount code online without much difficulty.

Easy to use, not bulky so perfect for carrying around all day.

its got us through 14 days in Japan. only one weakness, which is a pretty big one, is that the device barely worked if you are in inside of a busy building that are smaller but with many levels (for example, shopping mall with 4-7 floors but one floor is not very spacious.)

Had this package throughout Japan was light easy to pack & use , excellent

Used Japan's Wireless premium Wi-Fi for 15 days without any problems. From the Japan National studium to all parts of Tokyo the four of us shared the Wi-Fi constantly. I would highly recommend
