Great connectivity and service. Thank you.

From Tokyo to Kobe, we had 0 connectivity issues. Would recommend!

Great for travelers in Japan and very fast ! Thank you

worked well, always had great reception

Our trip to Japan would not have been the same without this device! Picked it up at the Narita airport post office, opened the package, and followed the simple directions (in English). Worked immediately and for our entire 10 days, giving all our devices reliable, fast WiFi access no matter where we were. The extra battery included was helpful but we only needed it a couple of times (too busy sightseeing to use WiFi except if we needed directions to the nearest noodle shop). Easily returned in the included postage paid envelope by dropping it back off at the airport post office. We will use this again!

No problem getting connected. Would recommend

I’ve experienced using similar products in other countries we’ve travelled in but this one is the most reliable of them: one full charge lasts us until about 6PM, and by that time, we are on our back to the apartment. It was also very convenient to pickup & return (Post Office/Post Office) because a return packaging is already included. I will use this again this March 2019 when we’ll have our family trip to Japan. Highly Recommended!

Great service. Japanese style.

Fabulous service, wireless worked everywhere, back up battery was great for wifi and phone. Highly recommended

Highly recommend. Used for Google Duo to home, for internet, mapping, and messaging each other while in Japan. Worked flawlessly.
