Using Japan wireless was very simple. The product worked great!

Everything worked perfect!

Amazing speed. Great coverage all over Japan. We travelled all the way to sado island, Kyoto and Tokyo. No issues at all . Their pick up and return service is also very convenient.

The speed was fast and we didn’t have any problem at all. Will rent again in the future.

I got a device for both my wife and I for the duration of our two week stay. They worked flawlessly.

Some area could not be covered well

Extremely satisfied, highly recommend, would definitely purchase this service again.

The customer service team was also excellent!

Works as advertised. Highly recommended.

Very convenient and mostly working fine.
The internet speed is MUCH lower than promised but still OK.. Sometime it is loosing connection for no apparent reason.
No connection at around Mt Fuji.
Had to reset the modem after 12 days because it totally lost connection.

Coverage was basically 95% everywhere, with the exception of a small mountain town of Niko. Used it for maps and research and it worked great. I highly recommend this company and if you're like me, on the move and constantly exploring, then I highly suggest adding the power pack for the extra battery.
