Quick easy to the point. Order online, pick up at the airport postal office. All battery is charged ready to go. Easy setup/instruction. About 8 or so hours battery life. While we roam japan, portable wireless was on the whole time, no issues. Great easy services. Thanks for a good experience.

The device was delivered on time and worked great the entire time. It also included an extra battery. Excellent job!

We could not have survived without Wi-Fi in Japan and although the Japan Wireless unit was not without its faults – needed to be reset every day or two and occasionally not having internet access for a few hours - we were still glad to have rented the Wi-Fi unit for the duration of our trip.

Not only was the internet connection was almost always available the battery life was very good

This has been a great value buy in Japan. I’m not sure how we would have coped without it. Wi-fi speed was excellent and coverage outstanding. We used it for navigation and keeping in touch with family. It never let us down. Wouldn’t hesitate for one second to rent this Wi-fi again. Service and performance are both truly 5 star.

It works amazingly well, feels like you can always be in touch with the whole world and it’s a life saver during a trip in Japan!

Ordering, collection and using the pocket wifi was really easy. It was used constantly including the kids streaming Netflix and I had no bandwidth issues. The unit I had did become faulty after about 9 days but customer service was excellent and a new one was couriered to my hotel the next day. Overall very happy with the service provided.

I used the pocket wifii during a 14 day period in Japan (working reasons). The pocket wifii worked perfectly always, not a single problem. I could stay in continous contact with my colleagues in Japan and my family in Italy. Very easy to use, very easy the whole procedure (I found it in my hotel and I sent it back the last day by nomrmal postal service using the envelope provided). Strongly recommended!
