The product works perfectly most of the time. Sometimes you have to reset the router, but that is no major issue. I reset the router 4 times during a 1 and a half month trip.

I was in Japan traveling for 16 days, visiting various parts of the country. This was an absolute must have for my trip. Quick, fantastic service, super easy to set up, could support multiple devices, and the battery life was A+. The size is also perfect. It fits easily in a jacket pocket or purse. Highly recommended!

Don't tour Japan without this!

Worked everywhere we went without issue.

the pocket wi-fi and extra mobile charger were waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. We used it all day and charged it at night. Great service! Mailed it back on the way to the airport. Thanks, Japan Wireless!!
