The customer service is incredible. While our trip, the back end service provider SoftBank had a major outage. Customer support notified us of the outage and worked to get us replacement units very quickly. When one of those units died shortly thereafter, they send another unit immediately. They reached out to me to fix the initial problem and Sayed with me until everything was right. The Wi-Fi itself was fast and reached everywhere, even in the subways. I would definitely use the service again next trip. They've got your back!

Japan wireless it's a reliable company capable to resolve every issue quickly and it's the service it's excellent I would raccomend Japan wireless to everyone wants to travel in Japan and have a reliable connection everywhere signal was strong and battery was enough for >12h for 2 device
